Description: Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) have been identified as a key part of the solution to Canada’s health human resource crisis. Increasingly, IEHPs are being recruited outside of large urban centres. Key to their retention are strategies for integration into the organization and the broader community. In this webinar, speakers will share how to find resources in your community and how organizations can build relationships with settlement organizations, local immigration partners (LIPs) and others to foster IEHP success.
